Executive courses enable development of human capital within the member companies and extend the impact of the CLI in the local and regional markets.

• CLI Executive Education Series. Leveraging MIT materials and format, the CLI will develop a set of 2-5 day executive short courses two or three times a year. Courses will be open to the public, for a fee but CLI affiliated companies will receive special access and/or discounted tuition. Instructors would consist of CLI staff, MIT faculty, affiliated faculty, industry leaders, and consultants.

• Customized Courses. CLI will offer companies across Latin America the opportunity to tailor courses for their employees.They will be offered at a site designated by the company.Such courses would typically be one to three days.

• Access to MIT-CTL and ZLC Executive Education. Through CLI, companies will have access to Executive Education courses offered at MIT-CTL and ZLC at a discounted rate.
